How do I subscribe to the LUX CLUB membership program?

We are a new and fast-growing business. Our subscriber program was initially launched on Instagram. To be honest... the success was unprecedented and our system quickly became overwhelmed. We have been investing in our online store and working on streamlining our unique service. We understand that there have been some frustrating teething problems, and we thank our wonderful subscribers for their trust, patience and support!

At this time, you can subscribe via Instagram or via our Website. Please be aware... we will be migrating our Instagram subscribers over to the website platform in the near future. For this reason, we recommend subscribing here, via the website: CLICK HERE to review our subscription program

How do I cancel my LUX CLUB Subscription?

If you subscribed via Instagram: navigate to Our Instagram Page. Tap “Subscribed” (may not be available within initial payment processing window). Tap Manage on the Subscription page. Tap Cancel subscription on the Details page.

If you subscribed via our Website: manage your subscription via your Customer Account Page on Our Website (https://shopluxuryoutlet.com/account/login). Click the “Manage Subscription” button to be taken to the subscription portal.

How do Bag Drops work?

Bag Drops are hosted on our website. Items are only available for preview before the event. At the scheduled time of the event, ITEMS BECOME AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE.

Arrive ahead of time for Bag Drops. Be prepared to "Add to Cart" and "Checkout" as soon as the clock strikes 8pm. It really does come down to milliseconds for high-demand listings! 

Information about upcoming Bag Drops is available on our Website Homepage and via the Navigation/Menu Bar. Subscribe to our Email Newsletter for updates (scroll all the way down to Page Footer to sign up).

LUX CLUB Subscribers receive a $200 discount prior to our Bag Drops (read more about code delivery methods below) – limited to one use per order, per event, per subscriber.

Bag Drops

  • Bag Drops are announced several weeks in advance of the scheduled event.
  • Items are only available for preview before the event.
  • At the time of the event, ITEMS BECOME AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. 
  • Non-subscribers can make full price purchases from our Bag Drops.
  • All customers can purchase multiple items during Bag Drops. Subscribers will only receive a discount for one item, per event. 
  • Subscribers have the opportunity to try their luck at being the first to purchase a Bag Drop item for a discounted price, by applying their subscriber discount code at Checkout.
  • Subscribers receive a $200 discount code prior to our Bag Drops – limited to one use per order, per event, per subscriber.

FLASH Bag Drops

  • FLASH Bag Drops are always a SURPRISE and are announced on the day of the event, for a LIMITED drop, featuring varying prices.
  • Items are only available for preview before the event.
  • At the time of the event, ITEMS BECOME AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. 
  • Non-subscribers can make full price purchases from our Bag Drops.
  • All customers can purchase multiple items during Bag Drops. Subscribers will only receive a discount for one item, per event. 
  • Subscribers have the opportunity to try their luck at being the first to purchase a FLASH Bag Drop item, FOR THE AMOUNT INDICATED, by applying their subscriber discount code at Checkout. 
  • Subscribers receive a $200 discount code prior to our Bag Drops – limited to one use per order, per event, per subscriber.

    How do $1 Auctions work?

    Our Auctions are NOT hosted on our website.

    If you subscribed via Instagram: access the DIRECT LINK to our $1 Auction via our Story on our Instagram Page.

    If you subscribed via our Website: a downloadable PDF file containing the DIRECT LINK to our $1 Auction is delivered via Email.

    Where do I access my LUX CLUB discount codes?

    If you subscribed via Instagram: access codes via the Crown Tab on our Instagram Page.

    If you subscribed via our Website: codes are delivered via Email.

    How do subscriber codes work?

    When your cart is ready, click CHECKOUT. On the Checkout Page, you will see a designated input section where you can apply your MOST CURRENT code (codes are updated every week for our BUY NOW Collection, and for each Bag Drop event). CODES ARE CASE SENSITIVE.

    Why isn't my code working?

    - Codes are case sensitive. Input using the correct format.

    - Check to make sure you are using the correct code for the corresponding event/collection.

    - Use the BUY NOW code for our BUY NOW Collection ONLY.

    - Bag Drop discount codes change for every event. 

    - Bag Drop codes can only be applied ONCE per item, per event, per customer.

    Why does it say I don't have a subscription when I Login to my Customer Account on the website?

    If you are subscribed through Instagram you will not be able to manage your subscription on our website. ONLY subscribers who subscribers via our website will be able to manage their subscription via their Customer Account page.

    If you are an Instagram subscriber, check your subscriber status on our Instagram page. You can manage your subscription and access your subscriber content via Instagram ONLY.

    How are prices so low for your Bag Drop events & Auctions?
