When I Login to your website it says I don't have a subscription

If you are subscribed through Instagram you will not be able to manage your subscription on our website. ONLY members who subscribed via our website will be able to manage their subscription via their Customer Account page.

If you are an Instagram subscriber, check your subscriber status on our Instagram page. You can manage your subscription and access your subscriber content via Instagram ONLY.

How do subscriber codes work?

When your cart is ready, click CHECKOUT. On the Checkout Page, you will see a designated input section where you can apply your MOST CURRENT code (codes are updated every week for our BUY NOW Collection, and for each Bag Drop event). CODES ARE CASE SENSITIVE.

Where do I access my LUX CLUB discount codes?

If you subscribed via Instagram: access codes via the Crown Tab on our Instagram page.

If you subscribed via our Website: codes are delivered via Email

Why isn't my code working?

- Codes are case sensitive.

- Check to make sure you are using the correct code for the corresponding event/collection.

- Use the BUY NOW code for our BUY NOW Collection ONLY.

- Bag Drop discount codes change for every event. 

- Bag Drop codes can only be applied ONCE per item, per event, per customer.

How do Bag Drops work?

Bag Drops are hosted on our website. Items are only available for preview before the event. At the scheduled time of the event, ITEMS BECOME AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE.

Arrive ahead of time for Bag Drops. Be prepared to "Add to Cart" and "Checkout" as soon as the clock strikes 8pm. It really does come down to milliseconds for high-demand listings! 

Information about upcoming Bag Drops is available on our Website Homepage and via the Navigation/Menu Bar. Subscribe to our Email Newsletter for updates (scroll all the way down to Page Footer to sign up).

LUX CLUB Subscribers receive a $200 discount prior to our Bag Drops (read more about code delivery methods below) – limited to one use per order, per event, per subscriber.

Bag Drops

  • Bag Drops are announced several weeks in advance of the scheduled event.
  • Items are only available for preview before the event.
  • At the time of the event, ITEMS BECOME AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. 
  • Non-subscribers can make full price purchases from our Bag Drops.
  • All customers can purchase multiple items during Bag Drops. Subscribers will only receive a discount for one item, per event. 
  • Subscribers have the opportunity to try their luck at being the first to purchase a Bag Drop item for a discounted price, by applying their subscriber discount code at Checkout.
  • Subscribers receive a $200 discount code prior to our Bag Drops – limited to one use per order, per event, per subscriber.

FLASH Bag Drops

  • FLASH Bag Drops are always a SURPRISE and are announced shortly before the event, for a LIMITED drop, featuring varying prices.
  • Items are only available for preview before the event.
  • At the time of the event, ITEMS BECOME AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. 
  • Non-subscribers can make full price purchases from our Bag Drops.
  • All customers can purchase multiple items during Bag Drops. Subscribers will only receive a discount for one item, per event. 
  • Subscribers have the opportunity to try their luck at being the first to purchase a FLASH Bag Drop item, FOR THE AMOUNT INDICATED, by applying their subscriber discount code at Checkout. 
  • Subscribers receive a $200 discount code prior to our Bag Drops – limited to one use per order, per event, per subscriber.

How do Auctions work?

The Luxury Outlet Auctions are an exciting opportunity for our community to come together for a fun and unique experience! Auctions are hosted on Whatnot, and pre-bids start at $1 for our authentic luxury goods. You never know – you just might steal your dream bag for an awesome price!

Can I return or cancel my order? 

Due to the nature of our inventory and the current demand, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. We strongly encourage you to carefully review all product pictures, descriptions, and ask any questions you may have before making a purchase.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and standard domestic rates apply. The shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
